I am a certified Salesforce professional with over 10 years of experience in financial services, specializing in CRM and customer experience management. I hold double master’s degrees from two of the world’s leading institutions: Nanyang Technological University (NTU) in Singapore, where I earned a Master of Science in Finance and Technology, and the Indian Institute of Management (IIM) in India, where I completed a Post Graduate Diploma in Management (MBA).

My expertise spans the entire Salesforce lifecycle, including analysis, application design, integrations, deployment, and release management. I have delivered three complete CRM lifecycles and implemented scalable solutions that optimize performance and support end-to-end release processes. At Singlife, Singapore, I led two comprehensive Salesforce implementations for service operations, significantly improving customer satisfaction (CSAT) and service efficiency. I integrated legacy systems with Salesforce, streamlined service operations, and managed a team of both in-house and vendor resources to deliver high-impact projects. Previously, at JP Morgan Chase, I successfully managed the migration of legacy CRM systems to Salesforce. My early career as a software engineer further solidified my skills in coding, testing, and system support.

I am adept at building customer journey maps and designing processes to deliver best-in-class experiences, ensuring that I drive actionable insights and continuous improvements across all projects. I have successfully setup the entire feedback management process for Singlife, using Qualtrics, integrated across all customer touch-points.
